Adjustable Drawing Board

This custom drawing board, made for artist and illustrator Sophie Matyas, was designed specifically for her needs as a person with disabilities. The lightweight, adjustable-angled board can accommodate the various ways that her body needs to exist throughout the day. Being a tabletop unit allows her to pull up a chair, and the angles allow for a range of comforatble sitting or standing positions. Magnets and a pull tab allow for easy disassembly, and the entire unit can be carried like a briefcase, weighing less than 25 lbs.  Beautiful and durable maple wood construction means this will be a piece lasting decades.
